Jigsaw Business Solutions helps retailers launch and grow their gift card programmes. Since 2013, they’ve worked with over 20 brands to drive customer acquisition, retention and employee rewards. We partnered with Jigsaw to build the technology behind their success, from reporting tools to ecommerce platforms and API integrations.
Solving the first challenge
Our first task was to automate sales reporting across Jigsaw’s partner network. From there we spotted more opportunities to streamline operations, including tools for B2B resellers to offer gift cards through API connections. This laid the groundwork for a centralised ordering system that simplified how Jigsaw processed gift card orders across multiple formats and processors.
Launching ecommerce at scale
In 2018, Jigsaw won a project with Nike to launch a B2C gift card platform. We built and deployed the ecommerce site in under two months, just in time for the holiday season. Today that platform runs in over 10 European regions and plays a key role in Nike’s global strategy. Since then we’ve supported similar platforms for Costa Coffee, ASOS, boohoo and Hotels.com.
Building the backbone
We’ve helped Jigsaw create a unified technology platform that supports both B2B and B2C gift card programmes. That includes API services, billing automation, PowerBI reporting and Microsoft Azure infrastructure. We also provide day-to-day support, consultancy and strategic governance; covering everything from disaster recovery to application frameworks.
