Advance Housing and Support provides housing and care for people with disabilities and mental health conditions. For over 22 years, we’ve worked as their digital partner, helping them reach more people, improve services and streamline operations. Building a better platform
Our first project was a fully accessible website. It became the central hub for commissioners, carers and residents, offering key information and services in one place. We designed it to meet the needs of different audiences and make navigation simple. The result was a solid foundation that helped Advance expand their reach and improve how they deliver support.
Making access easier
To reduce admin and improve access for staff, we built the intranet. It holds everything from health and safety policies to disaster recovery plans. This saved time, cut down on manual work and let the internal team focus on what matters most: supporting people.
Content that connects
Alongside the platform work, we created a series of accessible videos: including how-tos, infomercials and case studies. These helped users quickly understand key services and get the support they needed. The work won awards, but the real win was improving the experience for Advance’s community.
