Founder and Digital Strategist

Ray has been at the forefront of the technology industry for over 39 years, with extensive experience spanning large-scale banking infrastructures in the 1980's and 90's to the last 25 years dedicated to shaping the online digital landscape. His focus has evolved into creating innovative, sustainable digital strategies for businesses of all sizes, particularly in the retail e-commerce and gift card sectors.

What sets Ray apart is his intuitive ability to identify where technology can unlock opportunities and give businesses a competitive edge. His passion lies not only in leveraging tech to drive business success but also in using it to make a positive impact on the environment and society.

As a dedicated vegan and advocate for animal welfare, conservation, and sustainability, Ray is deeply committed to exploring how technology can address the challenges our planet faces. Whether it's minimising environmental footprints or building ethical, future-proof solutions, his goal is to merge innovation with responsibility. He's motivated by the positive difference technology can bring to people, business, and the planet. Mark Vincent

Technical Director and Technical Team Leader

Mark is a seasoned web developer with the ability to swiftly grasp the most complex business processes. He grew up in Zimbabwe where he gained his initial experience in the IT industry working for his father's business. His role quickly evolved to web and graphic design. In 2002 Mark and his wife left Zimbabwe to travel the world for several years before moving to the UK and settling in Oxfordshire.

He started working for Reuben Internet in 2004 and has continually developed his skills as a web developer and systems analyst, becoming a genuine expert in Microsoft web technologies and eCommerce, the key components in Reuben’s success at delivering solutions for our clients.

Michael Horne

Web Developer

A graduate from Leeds University, Michael is an experienced and versatile web developer, having spent all of his working life in IT, from the heady days as a COBOL (remember that?) programmer on ICL (remember them?) mainframes! to a cutting edge full stack Microsoft developer.

Michaels primary role here at Reuben Digital is that of an API integration specialist working on various Gift Voucher and eGift projects for brands such as Nike, Costa, Clarks and Jack Wills.

When he is not waking up at midnight with "Eureka" coding solutions, Michael enjoys a pint with his pal's at the local.

Louis Stephens

Director of Business

Louis joined Reuben Digital straight out of college in 2013, swapping study sessions for code and quickly finding his stride in the world of web development. Starting as a junior developer, he climbed the ranks through roles in development and operations and now leads the business side of Reuben as Director of Business.

With a passion for motorsport, gaming and boxing, Louis brings the same competitive spirit and drive into the boardroom, always looking for the next opportunity to push the business forward. These days, he focuses on sales, strategy and new business development, with one eye on growth and the other on building a more sustainable future for the company and the planet.

Gill Rixon

Business Support & Sustainability Lead

Gill has worked in information and website management for years, and became a client of Reuben’s whilst working as Information Manager for a large national charity in the 2000s. From there it was a simple step (via mumsy career break), to start working for Reuben.  Since 2009, she’s been busy organising, invoicing, content managing, client liaising and training here...seeing every job through with an eye for the detail.

Since 2022, Gill has been our Sustainability Lead, and is passionate about driving the company towards a fully sustainable, carbon net zero future.

Away from the office, Gill enjoys her garden, volunteering for her village's community orchard and playing in Cirencester's Corinium Players, a classical guitar orchestra with over 50 players.

Corey Hiom

Web Developer

Corey began at the company as an apprentice, supporting clients and developing a strong foundation in web technologies. Now a full stack developer with over seven years of experience, Corey is passionate about performance and efficiency, often focusing on optimizing websites for speed and sustainability to help reduce energy usage and lower their environmental impact.

Outside of work, Corey can usually be found scaling an indoor climbing wall, cycle touring, gaming with friends, or chasing a new 5K personal best.

Muhammad Febriansyah (Febri)

Web Developer

Febri started his career in the IT industry back in 2009 as a desktop application developer, and over time has focused on developing his career as a Microsoft Full Stack software engineer. Based in our Jakarta office Febri will be working as part of the back end development team lead by Mark Vincent. Febri brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Reuben Team and we are delighted to have him.

When not in the office, Febri likes to spends his time with his family, playing with his sons and daughters, and loves to travel, taking his wife and children to visit the many beautiful places Java has to offer.

Hendra Pratama

Web Developer

Hendra started his career in 2001 as an Oracle Developer and instructor, over time he has honed his skills with the Microsoft stack and is now a senior developer, specialising in .NET and Azure cloud solutions. Hendra will be working alongside Muhammad Febriansyah in our Jakarta remote development office supporting our client projects in the Azure cloud space.

When Hendra is not working in the office, he can still be found in front of a screen experimenting with new technology and constantly growing his knowledge in all things tech! Hendra is also pretty handy with a tennis racket, and has a deep passion for playing the sport both at a recreational and competitive level.

Winda Hidayat

Web Developer

Winda's interest in web development (especially in Reactjs) began around 2019 while she was in college, and over time, it naturally expanded to include backend development as well. With hands-on experience in both areas, she now works comfortably as a .NET fullstack developer, enjoying the balance of creating user-friendly interfaces and solving backend logic.

Outside of work, Winda finds joy in the little things—watching anime (not obsessively, but enough to unwind!), playing with her cats, and strumming her guitar, especially to Taylor Swift songs. Recently, she’s also added a new activity she enjoys: going to the gym to stay active and refreshed.

Reuben

Digital Marketer

Reuben is the latest apprentice to join the Reuben Digital team, Reuben will be working towards his Level 3 Marketing apprenticeship qualifications, focusing on all things Digital Marketing on behalf of Reuben Digital and our clients.

Recently graduating from Bimm Bristol in Electronic Music Production, Reuben was seeking an opportunity to hone his knowledge and skills in a new way and take control of all things marketing at Reuben Digital!

When Reuben isn’t at the office, he enjoys making Drum & Bass - whether that’s endless hours in the studio making music or performing under the lights at various events all across the country. Reuben equally enjoys travelling to new places and riding/watching motocross with his Dad, and Reuben Digital MD Ray.
